PROJECT BK (Bantay Kalusugan) & istorWASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene)

To ensure equity and accessibility of health services to under-served and far-flung communities, the Project BK or Project Bantay Kalusugan (Health Watch) is initiated to conduct mobile health services that will make routine and on-demand visits to target communities.

istorWASH – storytelling about Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH). This is a customized/culturally appropriate storytelling that highlights the importance of drinking clean & safe water and maintaining the sanitation, good grooming and hygiene of the community particularly the children, to prevent diseases and other health complications. After the storytelling session, the kids will be able to apply what they've learned through the help of our youth volunteers.

Other activities include Healthy Teeth Campaign (Oral Hygiene), Grooming, Play for Kids, Food Feeding and Community Night.)
